Ocean Park, Victoria Peak

Agenda for today stated on the title. It's really freaking hot in Hong Kong and wandering around is such a suicide.

I got up around 7am and told my friends that I won't be joining them for Ocean Park (since I'll be meeting someone at Harbour City). I just relayed the mtr station and bus no. that they need to follow to reach OP (Admiralty Station then ride Bus 629). Here are some photos that they took :

I said that I'll be meeting them after OP at Central ferry pier around 5pm for Victoria Peak. I left Tsim Sha Tsui 4:30pm and rode the ferry going to Central. I waited for an hour but they're nowhere to be found. I thought they got lost. After a minute or two, thank God they finally came.

We hurriedly went for BUS15C going to Peak Tram Terminus. It was a 10-15minute ride. When we reached the place, there was a VERY long queue! For us not to waste time, we bought the peak tram roundtrip + madame tussauds ticket (there's a shorter queue if you'll avail the package, it costs 195HKD)

Finally the long wait is over...

Jam-packed tram. Be sure to position yourself near the door so you could have a seat. People are so furious, it's like riding the MRT/LRT here in Philippines. LOL

Madame Tussauds photos:

There weren't that much people at the Wax Museum (Madame Tussauds) so it wasn't a hassle taking photos. Before we left, the two lovers (LOL) had their hands waxed. It took the lady almost 30 minutes to finish it. -_- Meh already so hungry that time.

Moving on, we had dinner at Burger King. Expensive if am gonna convert it to peso but who cares? I'm hungry.

The view outside Burger King. So much awesomeness! At that point I told myself how I really love my hometown. Haha

The queue going to lower terminus was fast moving. Good thing when we went out, Bus15C going back to Star ferry pier was already there. The first bus stop is near the MTR so we alighted and rode the train going back the hotel. My two friends were still fully-charged so they decided to go back to Mong Kok for last minute shopping.

The Peak is really a must when you go to HongKong.
