Me. shall. not. eat.

Title says it all. I have to lessen my food intake. After my beloved Dad's birthday last saturday (lamunan eh, haha), I have sworn upon the altars of gods and goddesses that me should frequent gym and stop eating rice for two months! Surprisingly, I have survived the first four days. Thanks to my undying discipline.

Awhile go, I was put into test. Our main dish for dinner is KARE KARE. Just so you know guys, it's my favorite. I could consume three plates if that's the viand. Moving on, I was watching my family while they were eating. I am containing myself, and it really kills me. :( After an hour or so, I was able to resist the temptation. They ate it all and I don't give a damn (huhuhu baka nga I don't care, deep inside naglalaway ako)

Someday, everything that I do would pay off. Sobrang hot ko na, maglalaway kayong lahat sa katawan ko,

  1. Hahaha, sobra akong nakaka-relate sa mga tinuran mo dito kaibigan. Maging ako man ay isang nilalang na kung lumamon ay parang wala ng bukas. Darn! I'm a freakin' bulky eater and I can't deny. I am really struggling with my excess weight now. I used to have a body in shape enough to be swoon by some but dahil sa kapabayaan at katakawan ko nawala. I'm really in regret. But like you gusto kong bumangon at ibalik ang aking dating "healthy lifestyle" ang dating physique conscious na ugali. Sana, sana, masimulan ko na ngayon. Kung ang gym equipment ko lang ay nakakapagsalita marahil ay minura na ako sa pagtalikod ko sa kanya.LOL..Ituloy mo lang yan at para maging inspirasyon ko rin ang effort na gagawin mo.   3. Hey Jay! Let's be healthy! :)) grabe talaga,ang hirap lang pigilan eh but i have to. Gift ko sana sa sarili ko this coming christmas: a good body and a healthy lifestyle. I'll try to stop drinking also pero medyo impossible. haha

  4. Yes, tamang determinasyon lang to..LOL..but we can do it. If it was done before why not NOW again? Ako, gift ko sa sarili ko kasi I'll be tying the knot this December and I'm 15 pounds more than my average weight. So, kaya pa to..hahaha..may isa't kalahating buwan pa. LOL.

    I don't do much twitter. Masyadong public. FB I'm addicted before but di naman ako ang tipo na kung ano ano nalang ang ipino-post. I just post inspirational quotes from books and self insights and reflection from inspiring people and events. Com'on LET'S BE HEALTHY. LoL. And I'm dead serious now after twice attempts.

    Gym na! Para macho! hehe. Yes. Boring na yung social networking sites na namention mo, same same lang mga kausap unlike dito na we meet new people.
